Sakshi is a 200-hour YTTC certified yoga teacher and Yin Yoga practitioner, specializing in prenatal and postnatal yoga. Her work is rooted in mindful, slow, and compassionate practices that support individuals through different phases of life.
With certifications in art therapy and Reiki healing, She combines movement, stillness, creativity, and energy work to nurture physical strength, emotional balance, and mental well-being. Her sessions are thoughtfully designed to meet each person where they are, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and self-exploration.
She has developed a holistic wellness programme that integrates yoga, breathwork, meditation, yin practices, and mindful awareness, addressing the body, mind, and emotions as one interconnected system.
